Dr. Md. Izhar Ali is a Consultant in Nuclear Medicine, who has proficient knowledge of administering and handling Gamma cameras, SPECT-CT system, and PET-CT system. He is an expert oncologist who can manage all kinds of patients with thyroid disorders and RAI therapy for hyperthyroidism as well as for thyroid cancer.

Dr. Md. Izhar Ali completed his DRM from the Institute of Nuclear Medicine and Allied Sciences (INMAS, DRDO), Delhi University. He has experience working with 18F-FDG and other PET radiopharmaceuticals like 18F-FDOPA, 18F-FLT, Ga68-PSMA, Ga68-DOTATOC, and 11C-Methionine. Your doctor has done more than 6000 PET-CT and more than 5000 Gamma camera ((SPECT) scans reporting. Dr. Md. Izhar Ali has treated at least 100 thyroid cancer patients with High & low dose I-131 therapy and almost a similar number of patients of hyperthyroidism with low dose I-131 therapy.

• Worked as a Consultant in the Department of Nuclear Medicine, PET-CT and Radionuclide Therapy, Sanjeevani CBCC USA Cancer Hospital, Raipur, Chhattisgarh - For 3 years approximately
• Worked as an In-charge in the Department of Nuclear Medicine and RAI Therapy Unit, Dr. B Borooah Cancer Institute Guwahati (A unit of TMC, Mumbai) - For 1.5 years
• Worked as Senior Resident in the Department of Nuclear Medicine, VMMC & Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi - For 9 months
• Worked as a Resident Doctor in the Department of Anesthesiology including ICU in PGIMS, Rohtak - For 1 year.
